Manchester Property Management - What we do..
 
1.  Property Rental Valuation
 
  Once you have completed our free quotation form. A member of staff at Manchester property management will assess the details you have provided, and work out the rental value for your property. The assessment will based on and will take into consideration the following factors: the market condition, the location of your property, the size of your property, and finally its condition.
2. We get in touch with you
 
  After the assessment we will be in touch with you and provide you with a rental range for your property. This will normally be a value range which we think your property will fall in. This will be an estimate figure, and until we have carried out an inspection of the property, we will be unable to give you an exact figure in terms of rental value.
3. We inspect your property
 
  If rental value range is accepted, we will arrange to come and inspect your property. A member of staff will inspect your property both internally & externally. If there are some concerns which we think need addressing before the takeover, we will provide these to the landlord.
4. We negotiate the rent
   
  After the inspection, Manchester property management will decide on an exact rental value which we will propose to the landlord. If the rental value isn't acceptable, we will negotiate this figure, to meet the landlords needs.
5. We sign a contract and welcome you to Manchester Property Management
 
  When we come to an agreement, we will invite you to to our office where we will sign an agreement and arrange to do all the necessary pre-take over duties. These can range from property furnishing (if the property is unfurnished), HHSRS inspections, gas safety checks, electrical wiring tests, registering of gas and electricity suppliers etc.
